This is a full-time Finance and Insurance Manager position at Motus Corporation, based in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town, Western Cape. The role focuses on supporting the dealership network by offering efficient finance and insurance services to customers while ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide finance and insurance services to maximize profit while adhering to legal and ethical standards (FSB, NCA, CRA, FAIS, FICA).
- Manage customer service and sales of approved finance and insurance products.
- Maintain the finance and insurance debtor’s book and report on transactions.
- Educate customers about products to improve retention and sales.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in automotive retail or banking.
- Matric certificate (Grade 12) required, with a relevant diploma or Credit Management Diploma (advantageous).
- Accredited by the Financial Services Provider (FSP) and authorized for NCA functions.
- Valid driver’s license and continuous professional development compliance.
