What the job is

This is a full-time position for a Field Sales Representative, also called a Retail Striker, working for Red Bull under the company Smollan. The job is based in Johannesburg CBD, Gauteng, and focuses on selling and promoting Red Bull products in retail stores.

What you will do

You will manage and cover a specific sales territory to ensure Red Bull products are well-stocked and displayed in stores. You will execute and maintain the perfect store standards, which means making sure products are arranged attractively and meet company guidelines. You will handle stock management, including checking inventory levels and ensuring products are always available. You will manage point-of-sale materials, such as posters and displays, to promote Red Bull effectively. You will also complete administrative tasks and reports to track sales and performance. Additionally, you will engage with stakeholders, such as store managers and staff, to build strong working relationships.

What you need

You must have 2 to 3 years of experience in retail sales, and this is the minimum requirement. You should have a Diploma or an NQF level 5 qualification, such as a Higher or Advanced Certificate. A valid Code 8 driver’s license is also required for this role.
