What the job is

This is a Field Sales Representative position with Smollan, working specifically with Red Bull products. The job is based in Kimberley, Northern Cape, and is a permanent role. You will be part of a team responsible for managing sales and product visibility in retail stores.

What you will do

You will manage and cover a specific sales territory to ensure Red Bull products are well-stocked and displayed properly in stores. You will execute and maintain the perfect store standards, which means making sure products are arranged attractively and meet company guidelines. You will handle stock management, including checking inventory levels and ensuring products are available for customers. You will manage point-of-sale materials, such as posters and displays, to promote Red Bull effectively. You will also complete administrative tasks and reports to track sales and performance. Additionally, you will engage with stakeholders, such as store managers and team members, to build strong working relationships.

What you need

You need at least 2 to 3 years of experience in retail sales. A Diploma or NQF level 5 qualification, such as a Higher or Advanced Certificate, is required. You must have a valid Code 8 Driver’s license to travel within your assigned territory. The role is open to candidates with 0 to 5 years of experience, but prior sales experience in retail is essential.
