What the job is

We are looking for an energetic and driven Field Sales Agent to join The Unlimited Group’s Grodirect team in Middelburg, Mpumalanga. This is a full-time position where you will play a key role in growing the company by finding new customers and keeping existing ones happy. What you will do

As a Field Sales Agent, your main job will be to help the company grow by selling insurance products and services. You will be responsible for creating and following sales plans to meet or beat the company’s goals. This includes reaching out to potential customers through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to explain how our products can help them. You will also work closely with current customers to ensure they stay satisfied and keep buying from us.

You will prepare and deliver presentations to explain our products, negotiate deals, and close sales while ensuring customers are happy with their choices. Tracking sales progress and reporting it accurately will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will collaborate with your team to create marketing materials and strategies that help sell more products.

What you need

To succeed in this role, you need strong communication skills and the ability to quickly build trust with people. You should have experience in sales, from finding potential customers to closing deals. Being organized and able to manage multiple accounts at once is very important. You must also be motivated to meet targets and enjoy the challenge of growing sales.

While no formal qualifications are strictly required, having at least a Grade 12 certificate (Matric) is preferred. The company is especially open to candidates who meet the requirements of the Employment Equity Act, so all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply.
