What the job is
We are a leading company in commercial real estate and facilities management. We help businesses manage their buildings and workspaces in Cairo, Egypt. Our clients include large companies that need reliable and safe facilities.

What you will do
You will keep the building systems running smoothly. This includes heating, cooling, electricity, plumbing, and fire safety systems. You will check these systems regularly to prevent problems. When issues come up, you will fix them or supervise contractors to do the work. You must make sure all work follows safety rules.

You will also track how well the systems are working and keep records. You will help plan budgets and find ways to save energy. You will write reports and make sure the building meets all legal requirements. You will work with clients to make sure they are happy with the services.

What you need
You must have a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering. You should have 1 to 3 years of experience in facilities management or building maintenance. You need to know about HVAC (heating, cooling, and air conditioning), electrical systems, plumbing, fire protection, and building management systems. You should be good at using Microsoft Office.
