This job is for a Duty Manager in security operations at a casino in Johannesburg, Gauteng. You will be responsible for managing all security-related activities to protect the casino’s guests, employees, assets, and reputation. The role ensures compliance with gaming regulations and company policies while maintaining a safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all security personnel and daily operations, including shift schedules and access control.
- Work with the Surveillance Department to monitor non-gaming areas and review CCTV footage.
- Protect casino assets (cash, chips, gaming equipment) through loss prevention strategies.
- Ensure compliance with gaming board regulations and maintain required records.
- Conduct investigations into theft, fraud, and guest disputes.
- Lead emergency responses (violence, medical incidents, fire alarms).
- Train and develop the security team, handle customer safety concerns, and perform risk assessments.

Requirements:
- Leadership and people management skills.
- Casino gaming knowledge, risk management, and regulatory compliance experience.
- Investigation techniques, CCTV surveillance, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong communication and report-writing abilities.
- Knowledge of incident command and emergency management.
