What the job is: This is a full-time Duty Manager position at Fidelity Security Services in Bloemfontein, Free State. You will manage daily security operations, overseeing staff performance and ensuring compliance with company procedures. The role reports to the CCBSA Site Manager and requires strong leadership and organizational skills.

What you will do: Oversee security officers, monitor access control/CCTV systems, conduct patrols/inspections, manage incident reports, and handle client/staff communications. Lead security drills, respond to emergencies, and work shifts including nights/weekends.

What you need: Matric certificate or Grade 11 qualification, PSIRA Grade A registration, 3+ years in security (with supervision experience), fluency in Afrikaans/English, computer literacy (Outlook/Excel/Word), and ability to pass polygraph tests. Clean criminal record and medical fitness required.
