Director of Community Engagement

Rhodes University in Makhanda, Eastern Cape, is seeking a Director of Community Engagement for a full-time, permanent position. The role focuses on building strong university-community connections, aligning engagement strategies with teaching, learning, and research. Responsibilities include leading partnerships, developing holistic programs, supervising research, and managing fundraising efforts. Candidates must hold a Master's degree (PhD preferred) with 7+ years of experience, including 4 years in senior leadership.
