This job is for a Direct Sales Account Executive based in Cape Town. You will work for a media company selling advertising across platforms like radio, digital, events, and branded content. Your main goal is to grow sales, build client relationships, and meet revenue targets. Responsibilities include selling advertising solutions, managing client accounts, creating sales proposals, and collaborating with marketing/content teams. You will use CRM tools to track progress and ensure timely reporting. Industry knowledge and trend awareness are essential for improving sales strategies. Requirements: At least Matric (Grade 12), preferably a Bachelor's degree, and 6-8 years of media sales experience (digital sales experience preferred). Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills are mandatory. A driver's license is required. The role is full-time, permanent, and based in Cape Town with cost-to-company benefits.
