Key responsibilities include monitoring daily production metrics, comparing actual vs. planned output, and identifying risks like stock shortages or surpluses. You will collaborate with sales and production teams to adjust plans, manage packing schedules, and ensure alignment between customer orders and production capacity. Strong Excel skills and problem-solving abilities are required. A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial) is preferred, along with fluency in English and basic Afrikaans comprehension.
