Frogfoot Networks is looking for a Customer Service Agent (Level 1) to join their Customer Experience team. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves helping people and wants to work in a customer-focused environment. The role is based in Johannesburg, Gauteng, and the position is fully remote.

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers needing assistance. Your responsibilities include providing excellent service through phone calls, emails, live chat, and other communication channels. You will listen carefully to customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions to ensure their satisfaction. This includes handling complaints, answering product/service inquiries, and maintaining detailed records of interactions. Collaboration with internal teams may also be required to resolve complex issues.

Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12) certificate
- Ability to learn quickly and communicate clearly about company products/services
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Patience, empathy, and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Willingness to meet service targets and improve customer support processes
- Preference for prior customer service experience (call centers, telecommunications, or technical support)
- Certifications in customer service or technical fields (e.g., CompTIA A+, networking) are a bonus.
