This is a full-time position for a CRM Campaign Manager at Spur Corporation, based in the Western Cape. You will manage customer relationship management campaigns to grow customer engagement and drive business results. Responsibilities include planning, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies across various channels, collaborating with teams to set campaign objectives and KPIs, mapping customer journeys, segmenting customers, and managing automated campaigns (email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications). Experience with CRM software (HubSpot, Braze, Salesforce, etc.) and marketing automation tools is essential. A tertiary qualification in business, marketing, or a related field, along with 3+ years of relevant experience, is required.
