Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with credit loan applications, ensuring compliance with company and government regulations.

- Handle collections by following company procedures to ensure timely loan repayments.
- Maintain accurate records and provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
- Diploma/Certificate in Micro Lending Frontline Service (NQF Level 3).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the microfinance industry (preferred).
- Strong mathematical literacy for loan calculations and financial transactions.
