What the job is

This is a full-time position for a Corporate Sales Representative at Raizcorp, a company based in Cape Town, Western Cape. Raizcorp specializes in helping businesses grow through enterprise and supplier development programs. The role focuses on selling these programs to large corporate clients.

What you will do

You will identify and approach potential corporate clients to sell Raizcorp’s business development solutions. Your tasks will include prospecting for new business, meeting with high-level executives like CEOs and procurement heads, and understanding their needs to offer the best solutions. You will manage the entire sales process, from creating proposals to negotiating and closing deals. Additionally, you will represent Raizcorp at industry events and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure renewals and upselling opportunities.

What you need

You must have at least 5 years of experience in corporate sales, business development, or B2B solution selling. Strong negotiation and closing skills are essential, as you will be pitching to senior executives and handling large deals. You should be resilient, driven, and comfortable working in a high-performance sales environment. Good communication skills and proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce and Microsoft Office are also required. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
