This role involves overseeing compliance and risk management for Lesaka Technologies' payment businesses in the Enterprise Division. Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements (SARB, PASA), managing operational and fraud risks, handling customer due diligence, and preparing for inspections. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in compliance/risk management, preferably in payments or fintech, with knowledge of TPPP, System Operator rules, and financial crime laws (FICA, POPIA).
