This is a full-time Collections Agent position at Unifi, a company that provides simple and fast personal loans across Africa. Based in Bellville, Western Cape, you will be the main point of contact for clients who need help with their loans or have outstanding payments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming and outgoing calls from clients with a friendly and clear attitude
- Process loan applications and explain loan terms clearly
- Handle client questions and complaints with care and urgency
- Manage overdue payments by discussing repayment options
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Represent Unifi’s values by treating everyone with respect and professionalism

Requirements:
- Matric certificate (qualification in Banking, Finance, or Business is a plus)
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong communication skills in English
- Client-focused mindset with patience and practical attitude
- Ability to follow set processes and systems carefully
