What the job is
This job is in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. You will train, assess, and check the work of people learning cleaning skills. You will help them gain the skills needed to do their jobs well.

What you will do
- Train people in cleaning skills through learnerships and on-the-job training.
- Check if learners meet the required standards by assessing their work.
- Make sure assessments are fair and correct by moderating them.
- Work with training partners to meet training standards.
- Attend meetings with stakeholders.
- Plan and deliver training sessions using lesson plans.
- Keep records of training and assessments.
- Stay updated on best practices and trends in cleaning.

What you need
- Matric certificate.
- A training certificate (ODETD) is helpful but not required.
- Registered as an assessor and moderator with SSETA for specific cleaning qualifications.
- Experience in cleaning and hygiene.
- Own car and valid driver’s license.
- Good math and admin skills.
- Good planning, leadership, and people skills.
- Neat and professional appearance.
- Proactive and takes initiative.
- Computer skills (MS Office).
- Willing to work flexible hours and travel.
