What the job is
This job is for a Cleaning Trainer and Assessor in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. You will train, assess, and check the work of people learning cleaning skills. You will help them gain the skills needed to do their jobs well.

What you will do
Train people in cleaning skills through learnerships and on-the-job training.
Check if learners meet the required standards.
Make sure training meets business goals.
Work with training partners to keep training standards high.
Attend meetings with stakeholders.
Create lesson plans and training materials.
Keep records of training and assessments.
Stay updated on best practices in cleaning and training.
Travel to different locations when needed.

What you need
Matric certificate.
A training certificate (ODETD) is helpful but not required.
Registered as an Assessor and Moderator with SSETA for cleaning qualifications.
Experience in the cleaning industry.
Own car and valid driver’s license.
Good math and admin skills.
Good planning and people skills.
Neat and professional appearance.
Computer skills (MS Office).
Ability to work flexible hours.
