What the job is
This job is in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. You will train and assess people in cleaning skills. You will help workers and learners gain the skills they need to do their jobs well. You will also check that training meets the required standards.

What you will do
- Train workers and learners in cleaning skills.
- Plan and run training sessions.
- Check if learners understand and can do the work (assessments).
- Make sure training meets the set standards (moderation).
- Keep records of training and assessments.
- Attend meetings with training partners.
- Travel to different places for training when needed.
- Stay updated on best practices in cleaning and training.

What you need
- Matric certificate.
- A training qualification (ODETD) is a plus.
- Must be registered as an assessor and moderator with SSETA for cleaning qualifications.
- Experience in cleaning or hygiene work.
- Own car and valid driver’s license.
- Good math and admin skills.
- Good planning and people skills.
- Neat and professional appearance.
- Can work flexible hours.
- Computer skills (MS Office).
