This job is for a Civil Draughtsperson to join a well-known consulting engineering team in Durbanville, Cape Town. You will work on big infrastructure projects alongside engineers, technologists, and other professionals involved in design, planning, and construction. The role is permanent, offering long-term opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and update detailed technical drawings and plans for civil engineering projects (roads, earthworks, stormwater systems, water/sewer infrastructure).
- Use AutoCAD/Civil 3D to prepare layouts, construction details, and as-built drawings.
- Collaborate with structural, electrical, and architectural teams to ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Review drawings for accuracy, update them as needed, and track changes.
- Visit construction sites for data collection and tender documentation support.

Requirements:
- Qualification in Civil Engineering, Draughting, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in civil draughting (consulting engineering/infrastructure preferred).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; Civil 3D experience is a plus.
- Ability to interpret survey data, sketches, and design instructions.
- Knowledge of South African civil engineering standards and municipal drawing requirements.
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle access for site visits.
