What the job is
We are opening a new Pedros Chicken restaurant in Polokwane, Limpopo. We need a Chicken Prepper to help prepare chicken for our customers. This is a full-time job in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

What you will do
Prepare, clean, cut, and portion chicken. Marinate, season, and bread chicken following recipes. Check chicken for freshness and quality. Store chicken safely at the correct temperature. Keep your work area and tools clean and organized. Follow food safety and hygiene rules. Help the kitchen team during busy times. Report any stock shortages or equipment problems to your manager.
What you need
No experience is required, but previous food prep or kitchen work is a plus. You must follow recipes and procedures carefully. You need good attention to detail and a strong focus on food safety. You should be a team player with good communication skills. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
