What the job is
We are opening a new Pedros Chicken restaurant in Polokwane, Limpopo. We need a Chicken Prepper to help prepare chicken for our customers. This is a full-time job in a busy and exciting new store.

What you will do
- Cut, clean, and portion chicken as needed.
- Marinate, season, and bread the chicken following our recipes.
- Check that the chicken is fresh and of good quality.
- Store raw chicken safely at the right temperature.
- Keep your work area, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
- Follow food safety and hygiene rules at all times.
- Help the kitchen team during busy times.
- Report any problems like low stock or broken equipment to your manager.
What you need
- Experience in food preparation or kitchen work is a plus but not required.
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions carefully.
- Good attention to detail and a strong focus on food safety.
- Teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
