What the job is: This role involves supervising cash operations at Fidelity Services Group's Durban Cash Centre. Responsibilities include processing deposits, verifying cash counts, and ensuring compliance with procedures. The position reports to the Branch Manager and requires strict adherence to security and accuracy standards.

What you will do: Oversee daily cash handling operations, including opening/closing the centre, reconciling cash balances, and maintaining accurate records. Supervise team members, resolve discrepancies, and ensure client satisfaction. Handle incident reports, enforce team discipline, and manage client queries. Must be available for overtime and work under pressure.

What you need: Grade 12 qualification, clean criminal record, and computer literacy. Preferred: 2+ years in cash handling or treasury roles. Must demonstrate honesty, reliability, and strong attention to detail. Customer-focused and team-oriented.
