As a C# Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining software solutions using C# and .NET technologies. You will work closely with a team to turn great ideas into high-quality software products. Your role will involve solving complex technical problems, writing clean and efficient code, and ensuring the software meets business needs. You will also collaborate with other developers, testers, and stakeholders to deliver solutions on time. Additionally, you will work with modern JavaScript libraries like Angular, React, or jQuery to create dynamic and responsive user interfaces. Experience with cloud technologies like Kubernetes and Docker will also be part of your responsibilities.

To qualify for this role, you need at least 5 years of experience as a software developer, with a strong focus on C# and .NET. Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is essential, as is a good understanding of the entire software development lifecycle. You should be proficient in ASP.NET (Web Forms or MVC 2.0+), as this is a core requirement for the job. Knowledge of modern JavaScript libraries such as Angular, Underscore, KnockoutJS, jQuery, BackboneJS, or Foundation is also necessary. Experience with containerization tools like Kubernetes and Docker is a plus. A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Waterfall, Johannesburg, offering a hybrid work arrangement. The salary package is up to R885,000 per year, depending on your experience and skills.
