What you will do: Lead and support the branch team to meet service and performance targets, including staff training, timekeeping, discipline, and compliance with company rules. Oversee daily operations such as maintaining cleanliness, equipment upkeep, supply management, and petty cash. Ensure the showroom is visually appealing by updating displays and stock regularly. Provide professional customer assistance, resolve queries, and report regularly to the Manager. Follow safety rules and company procedures. Improve operational efficiency and customer experience. Assist with receiving, storing, sending, and returning stock from the head office.

What you need: Completed Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification. A National Diploma in Business Administration or related field is required. At least 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory, team leader, or managerial role, preferably in sales, operations, retail, or warehouse work. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills. Must be proactive, adaptable, and customer-focused.
