What the job is: This job is for a Branch Manager at Fidelity Services Group in Vereeniging, Gauteng. You will be responsible for running a large security branch and ensuring all security services meet client needs. The role reports directly to the Regional Manager.

What you will do: Manage day-to-day operations, including security officer placement, oversee operations managers, handle client issues, and lead staff. Attend meetings, evaluate quarterly performance, provide training, and manage budgets. Responsibilities include asset management, fleet control, firearm control, incident investigation, and client relationship building.

What you need: Matric certificate, PSIRA Grade A registration, 10+ years in security industry with senior management experience. Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008, financial management, and fleet operations required. Must have reliable transport, valid driver’s license, no criminal record, and strong leadership skills.
