Billing Clerk - Specialized Services

This job is for a Billing Clerk who will work with specialized services at Fidelity Services Group, based in Roodepoort, Gauteng. The role focuses on ensuring invoices are accurate and sent on time using the company’s SAP system. You will be part of the Fidelity Security Services team, which provides security and investigation services.

Key Responsibilities: - Creating and sending invoices to customers in a timely manner - Managing accounts receivable, tracking payments, and following up on unpaid invoices - Processing payments and maintaining accurate financial records - Collaborating with other departments to resolve billing discrepancies or answer customer queries - Preparing monthly financial reports and ensuring compliance with company regulations - Organizing billing documents for easy retrieval and maintaining filing systems - Participating in special projects or process improvements, such as automating billing tasks

Requirements: - Matric certificate (minimum educational qualification) - At least 3 years of experience in billing, with proficiency in SAP for billing tasks - Strong computer skills, particularly with Excel - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
