What the job is: This is a full-time Assistant Manager position at iStore, Africa’s largest Apple Premium Reseller. The company operates over 30 physical and online stores across Africa, offering expert advice, Apple repairs, business and education services, and technical support. The role is based in Pretoria, Gauteng, and focuses on managing one of their retail stores.

What you will do: As the Assistant Manager, you will lead and inspire the iStore team to meet or exceed sales, financial, and development targets. Your main responsibility will be ensuring the store delivers excellent customer service and creates a positive experience for customers, especially those interested in Apple products. You will manage teams, provide guidance and feedback, and ensure both staff and customers feel valued. You will also be responsible for the overall performance of the store, including sales targets, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

What you need: To qualify for this role, you should have a Matric certificate, and a tertiary qualification is preferred. You must have at least 3 years of experience managing sales teams in a retail environment. Strong leadership skills and experience in retail operations are essential.
