This job is for an Assistant Manager (Nursery) working with a company that manages oil palm plantations in Nigeria. The role is based in Lagos, Lagos. You will be responsible for helping to grow and manage high-quality oil palm seedlings for large-scale planting projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily nursery operations to ensure healthy and strong oil palm seedlings.
- Manage staff, control costs, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental rules.
- Work closely with the team to meet deadlines for planting programs.
- Optimize resources like space, water, and labor to improve efficiency without compromising quality.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Plantation Management, Agronomy, Forestry, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in oil palm nursery management, with 3+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of nursery operations, including seedling production, pest control, and resource management.
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
