This job is for an Assistant Administration Manager in the Grain department at OOS Vrystaat Kaap Bedryf BPK / Operations Ltd, located in Bloemfontein, Free State. The role supports the Grain Administrative Manager to ensure the smooth running of the Grain Administration department.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Grain Administrative Manager with day-to-day tasks.
- Manage the Grain Administration team for productivity and collaboration.
- Prepare and submit accurate financial reports to the Head Office on time.
- Handle additional tasks as required.

Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12) completion and a Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
- 3 years of experience in financial reporting, preferably in the grain industry.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong communication skills in Afrikaans and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial tools.
- Ability to analyze financial data and handle stress.
