Asset Management Coordinator

This is a permanent full-time position as a Physical Asset Management Administrator with Bidvest Facilities Management, based in Johannesburg, Gauteng. The role involves tracking physical assets, managing work orders, and ensuring smooth operations within the facilities management team. Key responsibilities include maintaining asset registers, business cases, repair work records, client documentation requests, and work order backlogs. You will monitor outstanding tasks, follow up with team members, track console uploads and service gaps, compile reports, and provide administrative support. Qualifications include Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent, with 2+ years of administrative experience preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and a valid driver’s license are advantageous.
