What the job is

This is a job for an Application Support and System Expert Lead at CBRE Excellerate, a leading company in commercial real estate services and investments. The role is based in Cairo, Egypt, and involves supporting and improving key business systems used across the Middle East and North Africa. CBRE Excellerate helps clients with facilities management, project management, and advisory services, and this role will help ensure their systems work smoothly for users in the region.

What you will do

You will provide first-level support for important business systems, helping users solve problems and guiding them on how to use the systems correctly. You will create and maintain training materials, guides, and documentation to help users understand the systems better. You will also monitor data quality, ensure processes are followed, and work with teams to improve system performance and adoption. Additionally, you will collect user feedback, support system testing, and help coordinate improvements across different countries in the region.

What you need

You need a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Systems, Business Systems, Operations, Facilities Management, Finance, Technology, or a related field. You should have at least 4 to 7 years of experience in application support, system administration, or a similar role, preferably with enterprise systems like CAFM, ERP, or procurement platforms. Experience working with users in multiple countries, especially in the Middle East and North Africa, is important. Knowledge of ITIL, systems administration, or tools like Power BI is a plus. Arabic language skills would also be helpful.
