What the job is

This is a position for an Admin and Stock Assistant at iStore, a leading Apple Premium Reseller in Africa. The company operates over 40 stores, both physical and online, offering expert advice, repairs, training, and support for Apple products. The job is based at the iStore Canal Walk Pre-Owned location in Cape Town, Western Cape.

What you will do

You will support the Admin or Operations Manager with stock control and asset management to reduce risks. You will help ensure that all company policies, processes, and standard operating procedures are followed correctly. Your role will involve administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records to keep operations running smoothly.

What you need

You must have completed Matric, and having a tertiary qualification would be a plus. You need at least one year of administrative experience in a retail environment. The ideal candidate is tenacious, shows enthusiasm and urgency, and always strives for excellence. You should have good situational awareness, strong organizational and planning skills, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with different audiences.
