What the job is

What you will do

You will generate and maintain a sales pipeline by making outbound calls to promote and sell Unifi’s loan products. You will complete pre-qualification calls within 24 hours and follow up on unreachable clients. You will explain the client journey, including eligibility, interest rates, and product benefits, and engage clients professionally to build trust. You will also manage web chat, provide accurate product information, and handle complaints. Additionally, you will prepare daily reports, document client interactions, and share insights to improve branch accessibility and processes.

What you need

You should have work experience in a similar role, preferably in customer service or sales. A diploma in marketing is a plus but not required. You need excellent communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to multitask. You should be a self-starter, a team player, and have a customer-focused approach. Knowledge of financial products and services will be beneficial.
