What the job is
You will manage payments to suppliers and make sure all financial records are correct. This role is full-time and permanent.

What you will do
- Handle all accounts payable tasks.
- Match and check supplier invoices, delivery notes, and other documents.
- Make sure payments are made on time and correctly coded.
- Fix any issues with supplier accounts.
- Send payment proofs to suppliers.
- Keep supplier records up to date and accurate.
- Work carefully to avoid mistakes.
- Manage your time well and solve problems quickly.
- Communicate clearly with suppliers and team members.

What you need
- Matric certificate.
- Good computer skills, especially in MS Office.
- Experience with accounting software like Sage 200 Evolution or Pastel Partner.
- At least 3 years of experience as a creditors clerk.
- Experience in fast food, retail, or similar industries is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
