Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain primary contact for customers regarding online orders, deliveries, returns, and cancellations.
- Resolve customer issues professionally, including delays, damages, or defects, without follow-ups.
- Utilize multiple systems to retrieve order details and provide accurate information.
- Participate in coaching sessions for skill development.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of international customer service experience, preferably with USA/Australian campaigns.
- Comfortable using 15-20 different systems/tools.
