What the job is: This job is for a Service Ambassador at Virgin Active in Johannesburg, Gauteng. You will work 22.5 hours per week in a gym and wellness club, helping members have the best experience possible. Your role involves interacting with members daily to ensure they feel welcome, supported, and happy with their fitness journey.

What you will do:
- Handle front-of-house tasks (greeting members, access control, and providing information).
- Build strong member relationships through excellent customer service.
- Assist with digital tools (online workouts, fitness apps) and encourage event participation.
- Maintain a safe and clean exercise floor by enforcing rules and guidelines.
- Participate in training and development programs.

What you need:
- Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent (NQF Level 4).
- Successful completion of the Reception Academy training program.
- 12+ months of customer-facing experience (e.g., retail, customer service).
- Valid First Aid Level 1 certificate.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
