Responsibilities include verifying Certificates of Analysis (COA), maintaining laboratory equipment (ISO 17025), handling Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), conducting GMP audits, and supporting FSSC 22000 certification. The role also involves training Quality Assurance Technicians and troubleshooting quality issues. Requirements include 2+ years of experience in FMCG (preferably baking/packaging), a Diploma in Food Technology, and knowledge of ISO 17025, HACCP, GMP, and GLP. Experience with SAP and AIB Standards is a plus. Strong analytical skills and teamwork are essential.
