Welcome to Recruitment-Room.com, an innovative job search platform developed by Goodwill by Space Age Co, a non-profit organization based in South Africa. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.

– “Job Seeker” refers to a User who uses the Platform to search for employment opportunities.

– “Volunteers” refers to individuals who assist in curating job listings and other activities on the Platform.

3. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

4. User Accounts

– Registration: To access certain features of the Platform, Users may need to create an account. During registration, Users must provide accurate and complete information.

– Prohibited Listings: Employers must not post job listings that:
– Promote illegal activities or products.
– Contain false or misleading information.
– Discriminate based on race, gender, age, religion, nationality, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

7. User Content

– Content Ownership: Users retain ownership of any content they post on the Platform. By posting content, Users grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute the content in connection with the Platform.
– Content Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for the content they post and must ensure that it does not violate any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights.

8. Volunteer Program

– Role of Volunteers: Volunteers assist in curating job listings and performing other tasks to support the Platform.
– Volunteer Conduct: Volunteers must adhere to the same standards of conduct as other Users and must not engage in any activities that could harm the Platform or its Users.

9. Privacy

– Data Collection: We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
– Data Security: We implement appropriate security measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

– No Guarantee of Employment: We do not guarantee that Job Seekers will secure employment through the Platform or that Employers will find suitable candidates.
– Accuracy of Information: While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Platform.
– Third-Party Links: The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these websites.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform or these Terms and Conditions. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangibles.

13. Indemnification
