Commercial Vehicle Workshop Foreman – Ermelo- Mpumalanga
Our client is looking for a experienced Workshop Foreman with Commercial Vehicle experience. The main focus of the job will be the successful management of the workshop productive team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily workflow in the commercial vehicle workshop
- Manage breakdown status and progress
- Compile technical reports, quotations and feedback to management
- Liaise with suppliers regarding outwork status
- Enforce discipline and general housekeeping of the workshop
- Be hands-on and also work on commercial vehicles where needed
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Qualified Diesel (Commercial Vehicle) mechanic
- 3 years experience in a supervisory role within a commercial vehicle workshop will be beneficial
- Experience on more than one popular commercial vehicle brand will be beneficial
- Code 14 drivers license will be an added benefit
Salary:
Negotiable Basic Salary (depending on experience) + Incentives + MA and Pension
