Our client is looking for a experienced individual with dealership warranty and aftersales consultant experience. The position requires a detail orientated professional with strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
Minimum requirements:
- Matric or higher qualification
- Minimum two years experiences in similar role
- Code 8 licence
Job description:
- Process and validate warranty claims in line with FAW policies and company guidelines.
- Provide professional assistance to dealers and customers, resolving warranty-related inquiries promptly.
- Accurately input and maintain warranty claim records in the database.
- Generate reports and analyze trends to enhance the warranty process.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Work with Technical and Parts teams to address warranty issues.
- Support the aftersales team with data entry, filing, document management, and scheduling.
- Coordinate schedules to ensure timely service delivery.
- Handle dealer and customer queries regarding aftersales, warranties, and parts orders
