We are seeking a talented and structured Creative with a great love for planning to join our team. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing budgets and managing all communications to and from stores. 

This will include assisting with setting up amazing window displays, in store displays as well as visual merchandising. 

 

What we would like from You:

  • Managing of seasonal budgets. 
  • Managing of project budgets.
  • Managing of regional team schedules. 
  • Managing and booking team travels. 
  • Managing of decor sales. 
  • Communicate all campaign information to stores. 
  • Communicate all promo information to stores. 
  • Communicate all sale information to stores. 
  • Communicate all promo information to stores. 
  • Compile and share weekly matrix 
  • Compile production briefs
  • Compile distribution lists. 

 

About You:

  • Matric | Grade 12, relevant tertiary qualifications are advantageous.
  • You’ll be a creative, commercially aware and confident decision maker, communicating with impact across all levels.
  • You’ll have the ability to work independently as well as part of the broader team.
  • You’ll work well with change, being able to quickly adapt and work with pace.
  • You’ll have a proactive and solutions oriented mindset always acting with integrity.
  • You’ll have strong organisation and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • You’ll be flexible to work alternate hours when needed.
  • You’ll be passionate about trends in Apparel as well as Homeware.
  • You’ll be proficient in using merchandising tools and techniques this also means you know how to use power tools. 
  • You’ll be Microsoft Office efficient.
  • You’ll be willing to travel in region with own car and valid car license.
  • You’ll have 3+ years retail experience with the ability to follow brand guidelines and understand the basics of Visual merchandising.
  • You’ll have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships with ease.
