Sleutel Verantwoordelikhede:

• Hanteer versekeringsnavrae en maak veranderinge aan bestaande kliënte se polisse.
• Voorbereiding van akkurate en tydige versekeringskwotasies vir nuwe kliënte.
• Doen administratiewe take, insluitend die opdatering van kliëntedokumentasie en rekords.
• Kommunikeer professioneel met kliënte om hul behoeftes te verstaan en op te volg.
• Verseker alle administrasie voldoen aan regulatoriese vereistes en interne standaarde.
• Werk saam met die span om verkoopsdoelwitte te bereik en kliëntetevredenheid te verseker.
• Assisteer met algemene administratiewe ondersteuning aan die kantoor waar nodig.

Minimum Vereistes:

• Matrieksertifikaat.
• Suksesvolle kandidate kry die geleentheid om hul NQF 5-kwalifikasie in versekering deeltyds te voltooi, asook ander industrievereiste opleiding.

Vaardighede en Eienskappe:

• Geen vorige ervaring nodig nie – perfekte intreevlakposisie vir kandidate wat pas matriek voltooi het.
• Rekenaarvaardig en gemaklik met digitale platforms.
• Sterk kommunikasievaardighede en professionele kliëntediensbenadering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle insurance inquiries and make changes to existing client policies.
• Prepare accurate and timely insurance quotes for new clients.
• Perform administrative tasks, including updating client documentation and records.
• Communicate professionally with clients to understand and follow up on their needs.
• Ensure all administration complies with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide general administrative support to the office as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric certificate.
• Successful candidates will have the opportunity to complete their NQF 5 qualification in insurance part-time, along with other industry-required training.
