UX/UI Web Designer (WordPress + AI)

You’ll design modern, conversion-focused WordPress experiences and wire in smart automation and AI so sites actually work: capturing leads, personalising content, and showing clear ROI. What you’ll do

• Design clean, mobile-first WordPress sites using the right tool for the job (Elementor, Gutenberg, or custom).

• Build reusable component libraries/themes that are fast, accessible, and easy to scale.

• Connect AI-driven tools (e.g., on-site chat, content personalisation) and set up event tracking, heatmaps, and conversion analytics.

• Automate flows – lead capture, chat handoffs, form routing via Zapier/Make or native APIs.

• Partner with stakeholders to ship high-impact landing pages and ecommerce/lead-gen journeys that convert.

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years building WordPress sites (HTML/CSS/JS and enough PHP to debug and extend).

• Strong visual craft and UX instincts, you know how to guide clicks, scrolls, and actions.

• Hands-on experience with at least one page builder (Elementor/Gutenberg/WPBakery) and modern tooling.

• Comfort integrating APIs and troubleshooting theme/plugin conflicts without drama.

Bonus points

• Worked with OpenAI or chatbot integrations that do more than say “hello.”

• Figma/Adobe XD skills and an eye for motion/micro-interactions.

• WooCommerce or complex funnel experience; familiarity with data layers and custom conversions.
