Job Objectives:
  • To support the CX Manager in delivering digital touchpoint experiences that our customers engage with  
  • To support the CX manager in developing customer journey strategies that consistently improve the customer experience for Clicks and drive a customer centric culture throughout the business
  • To research UX best practices across both competitors and user needs requirements 
  • To conduct all user testing across all UX business projects across the Clicks brand   
  • To analyse CX and UX data to inform our UX design process 
  • To manage content across all CX project work 
  • To collaborate with key marketing stakeholders and design team members
