UI/UX Designer

What we are looking for: A UX/UI designer who will enhance the usability and user experience of our product.

What you will do

• Conduct user research (e.g., interviews, and surveys) and translate insights into actionable designs, including user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Partner with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create and refine solutions that meet user needs and business goals.
• Apply a user-centric design methodology, iterating on designs based on user feedback.
• Develop interactive prototypes and conduct user testing to validate design decisions.
• Identify design challenges and deliver elegant, effective solutions that enhance usability.
• Design and optimise for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
• Propose and implement creative ideas to continuously improve the product’s design.

What you must have

• Five or more years of experience as a UX/UI designer with a portfolio showcasing successful design projects.
• Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD.
• Familiarity with user-centric design principles and methods.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design best practices for creating user-centric solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Experience working in an agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of responsive design and cross-platform user experiences.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and familiarity with front-end development principles is a plus.
