A leading FMCG company is looking for a Trade Marketing / Category Manager to drive market growth through shopper insights, category management, and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate must be analytical, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator with experience in trade marketing and stakeholder collaboration.

Skills & Competencies:

• 3-5 years of Trade Marketing or Category Management experience (FMCG preferred)
• Strong understanding of market insights, research, and P&L analysis
• Excellent communication, presentation, and report-writing skills
• Project management experience with a strategic, analytical mindset
• Self-starter & team player – be able to collaborate and work independently

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field
• Experience in FMCG and cross-functional teams is a plus
