Purpose of the Role

To perform preventative and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment.

Key Performance Areas

• Execute preventative and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot operational faults
• Review and update maintenance procedures and bill of materials
• Monitor, record, and report equipment performance metrics
• Verify and manage service spares inventory
• Maintain and inspect HVAC tools and specialized equipment

Qualifications

• NQF Level 4 qualification in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Ventilation
• Trade Test Certificate as Qualified Artisan

Experience

• Minimum 5 years in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
• Koeberg experience would be advantageous
