About the Role:

CBRE EXCELLERATE is seeking highly skilled and experienced Senior Technicians with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in maintenance and technical operations. The successful candidates will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and optimal performance of our facilities in Rabat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems with high expertise and autonomy.

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex technical issues efficiently and effectively.

  • Mentor and guide junior technicians, sharing technical knowledge and best practices.

  • Collaborate closely with the maintenance planning team to provide accurate information on equipment status and maintenance needs.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate maintenance records in CMMS systems.

  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards during maintenance activities.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and maintenance processes.

  • Participate in technical audits, inspections, and commissioning activities as required.

  • Assist in training and developing new team members and apprentices.

Key Tasks:

  • Carry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks on facility systems and equipment.

  • Conduct root cause analysis of recurring issues and recommend solutions.

  • Maintain spare parts inventory and report on material needs.

  • Prepare detailed maintenance reports and documentation.

  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to resolve technical problems.

  • Adhere strictly to company and regulatory safety procedures.

Required Qualifications:

Experience:
Minimum 10 years of experience as a technician in facilities maintenance or a related technical field.

Skills:
Advanced troubleshooting and repair skills in mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems. Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals. Proficient in using CMMS software for maintenance documentation.

Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of industrial maintenance standards, safety regulations, and best practices.
