Technical Specialist Superintendent

Hire Resolve’s Client, a reputable mining company in Gauteng, is currently looking for an experienced Technical Specialist Superintendent to join their mining team. 

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• NQF Level 6 (Diploma or Advanced Certificate) and/or certifications such as Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft System Centre, VMware or Hyper-V Virtualisation, Commvault, or Nutanix.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a related ICT role.

• Experience in process automation, workflow creation, and support.

• Medically fit to work within the designated business area.

• Clear security screening record.

• Valid driver’s license, where applicable.

• Strong awareness of customer service principles, with the ability to apply effective customer care in an ICT environment.

• Ability to conduct research, analyse findings, and interpret data.

• In-depth knowledge of managing Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems.

• Experience working with a variety of server hardware platforms.

• Proficiency with VMware and Hyper-V virtualisation platforms.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
